Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply when booking with Sport of Kings Motel.

• All rates quoted apply to the length of stay and the number of guests advised.Any alterations to these arrangements may affect the nightly rate charged
• A valid Credit Card is required to guarantee all bookings.  Any exception to this is by arrangement with the Management whereby a deposit may be required
• A valid Credit Card is one that doesn’t expire until at least one month past the date of the booking
• We accept all major Credit Cards including Visa, Mastercard and Amex
• Your Card number is held as security for your booking
• Except in the case of large group bookings we do not require a deposit, but your card will be utilized in the event of a late cancellation or non arrival and may be used for any charges outstanding on check-out
• Full payment must be made on the day of departure (if not already done so)
• Sport of Kings reserves the right to charge for damages/loses associated with careless or miss-use of the apartments or premises beyond normal wear and tear
• Sport of Kings does not accept any liability for loses/damages to guests’ property whatsoever irrespective of whether direct or indirect or consequential

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges.  Thereafter a deposit may be retained.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.

Check-in  is from 2pm and by consultation beyond 9.30pm.

Check-out  is 10am.

Early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged and is subject to availability only.

Reception hours:  7.30am   -  9.30pm
